The beginning of our cooperation with Clocklike Minds marked a breakthrough moment for our company, in terms of automating the processes linked to concluding financing agreements.

Previously, most processes were performed manually, which took a lot of time, and the data was spread between various tools (Excel spreadsheets, external application interfaces, etc.). At the same time, the process was prone to human error. We wanted everything to happen in one tool, with as little employee involvement as possible.

The results exceeded our expectations. The team from Clocklike Minds was able to transfer virtually the entire process of concluding a new contract (registration of a financing application, checking the credibility of partners, making a credit decision, and even creating and registering a financing contract) to one system.

Following the implementation, the waiting time for the contract was reduced to several minutes (a decrease of about 99%), and several dozen percent of credit decisions are now issued automatically.

Moreover, the implemented solution allows for easier reporting and greater control over the correctness of the process. We can also independently manage the configuration of many elements and change them, according to our needs dictated by the very dynamically changing business environment.

The Clocklike Minds team thoroughly analyzed our needs and acted as excellent consultants for the newly created business processes. What’s more, they prepared tailor-made solutions for our company. We are delighted with the cooperation, which is why we systematically implement further joint projects linked to new business areas in our organization. To be honest, today, I can’t imagine going back to the way things were before automation.
